In the application process these are the tools we'll use

Podio

Podio.com will be used as our evaluation platform for the application process. All applications will be uploaded in Podio, and Podio will also be used as a tool for us to evaluate in a more efficient, but still quality assured way.

There will be made a video or a be invitation for a meeting in how to use Podio Any questions regarding how to use Podio ot from that, please contact Mari-Josefine Y.Haugen

Mailchimp

Mailchimp.com will be used in all communication when delivering responses from evaluation.

Mails will be sent out daily at 16:00 as long as there has been done new evaluations in Podio. Responsible for sending out mails from mailchimp.com: Mari-Josefine Y. Haugen

Important dates

Part 1

Opens 25th of July

Closes 30th of Aug

Info about if an applicant is through or not, will be informed about 31th of Aug. All dates will be informed about during all communication with applicants from first showed interest.

Part 2

8th of Sep, case physically+ group session (SAVE THE DATE)

10th of Sep: All participants are being informed they are further or not after the VUCA games

How do you go through an application

Preparation:

1. Make sure you know what we are looking for. See our profile

2. Make sure you know how to use Podio

3. Read through the hole application, to get the essence

4. Check if the answers in the “registration” part is aligned with our profile and self-leadership

5. See if the “task delivery” based upon leadership is aligned with the ability to foster and build healthy relations and collaborations in community and organisational life; applicants in relation to others.

6. Save date for evaluating VUCA 8th of Sep
